What would it look like if you filmed a year of your life in one-second shots? Michał Mikołaj Wojtunik, who spent ten months documenting his world travels on film, attempts to answer this question in his "Bits of Life" montage.

An assortment of animals, clean dishes, weather, buildings, pots of food, religious services, and laughter, Wojtunik's video chronicles his travels from London to Krakow, Chanthaburi, and Guahati. Though most of us will never get the chance to spend a year traveling and filming our lives, it's still easy enough to appreciate the sentiment of the film: a second may not seem like long, but when you reflect on what Wojtunik is able to capture, you realize that a second is sometimes long enough.
