We've been mildly obsessed lately with the whole "I lived [wherever] before it was cool" phenomenon, so imagine our shock? glee? resigned acceptance? when we saw this week's New York magazine story: "If You Lived Here, You'd Be Cool by Now." (If only we were making this up. If only!) You all will be pleased to know that the trend-watchers over at 49th and Madison have done the number-crunching and have determined that the new cool neighborhood is ... drumroll, please, and SPOILER ALERT!! ...
