With her overly publicized divorce from billionaire Revlon guru Ron Perelman pending, actress Ellen Barkin has moved out and found property elsewhere. A reader so fortunate as to be Barkin's new neighbor writes:

She bought a $7 mil townhouse on my block then raised a huge wood fence surrounding her upper deck. Neighbors have written letters that have gone ignored, saying that it's blocking the meager-but-necessary courtyard views of their 300 and 400 square foot apartments. With the enormous garden she got with the house, everyone is asking how she could be so heartless.

Any confirmation on this? Even better, any pictures of this "heartless" privacy fence?
