Apparently unhappy with business performance after its namesake became a prison bitch, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has been in negotiations with former ABC entertainment president Susan Lyne about taking over the company's top spot. Current CEO Sharon Patrick is expected to resign should the board approve Lyne in today's expected vote. Lyne is credited with reviving ABC from its deathbed with shows such as Desperate Housewives and Lost, but we suspect a power executive of her ilk is of little help with a sewing machine. Which means MSLO is doomed.
