    Our countdown begins for tomorrow s official Radar Launch Party, the "unofficial" Radar Launch After Party and the Radar After-After-Party in the private room behind the VIP room reserved for the After-Party.     Where: Marquee on 289 10th Ave between 26th and 27th St
    When: 10 pm, baby.
    Who: All the jerks not important enough for the first party.

    Where: Is there even a party Friday?

    Who: It's hard for us to imagine, but some confused individuals very much believe this is the "cool" party.
