Katie Couric and her boyfriend at Employees Only, saturday around midnight - taking shots of Patrone and singing christmas carols with the rowdy table next to them.

Spotted Nick Lachey and Anne Hathaway (not together) at the Rose Bar. Nick was playing pool with a bunch of surfer looking type dudes. He looked much shorter and smaller than I expected. Hathaway chilled at a table with friends and looked hot.

Saw Sylvester Stallone getting into an SUV outside the Four Seasons Hotel on 58th Street. Very big, very tan, concave face. Seemed relaxed and friendly enough as he paused to let a couple of people take pictures on their camera phones.

Saw John Krasinski and Rashida Jones from The Office on Saturday night on 4th and Jones. I thought he gave her the axe. They both need a butter sandwich.

Julia Stiles was sitting two tables over from me in Kanoyama tonight, a sushi place on 2nd Avenue and 11th. She came in with a gentleman I didn't recognize as we were getting our check, around 8:15pm or so. I kicked my boyfriend when I saw her, who casually turned around and confirmed it was her. She seemed to be having a serious conversation with whoever she was with.

Cameron Diaz having lunch at l'atelier de jo l robuchon. in jeans, grey sweater & black t-shirt. looked ordinary and kept twirling her hair repeatedly.

Sat. 12/16 - Adrian Grenier walking West on 14th St. between 5th and 6th, looking cute, short hair, but full beard. Don't think anyone noticed him, totally blends in with NYC peeps...

Saw Colin Firth on Prince and Mercer. Very tall and handsome, wearing a nice suit jacket and jeans. It looked like he had an almost-bald spot though on the back of his head. I was surprised that no one recognized him.

My first time in NYC and loved it!! I saw Jane Krakowski at 8pm walking with a friend in front of the theater where the producers was on broadway Saturday night, Dec. 16 which is where we were heading. She is much thinner in person and beautifully normal. Rosey cheeks and nose from the cold but walking very fast.

Saw Claire "Homewrecker" Danes and Billy Crudup going west on Spring near Sullivan. Claire was wearing not enough spackle and guffawing at something Screwup said. She's tiny and generic. Glad she's over.

December 15, 2006—Brookyn Industries, 500 Hudson St@ 4pm: Kate Winslet - Seen at Brooklyn Industries store in West Village. She was with her daughter Mia doing their Christmas shopping. She left with several gigantic bags. She looked a little bit tense - but had
gorgeous boots.

Saw Josh Hartnett while standing in front of Cafe Habana on the corner of Prince and Elizabeth. I noticed him first because I just thought he was really cute, which I've never thought while watching him on screen. Maybe it was the sexy glasses he was wearing.

Saw Chelsea Clinton and her man strolling the union square farmer's market. They sampled some yogurt shakes. She is in good shape, but was wearing strange grey pedal pusher trousers - from another era. Very pale and pasty looking though.

Piper Perabo Saturday night at Schiller's and Sunday morning on Ludlow. Everyone says I look like her. I wish I had a boyfriend who looked like hers.

I'm sure you're sick of hearing about sightings of him since he's a NY fixture, but I spotted John Stewart yesterday at 13th Street & 6th Avenue, carrying his crotchfruit (ed: what?)

Monday, 1:00 p.m.: Young blonde in a houndstooth coat threw her arms around Ralph Fiennes when he got out of a limo in front of The Mercer. While the driver unloaded Fiennes' luggage, Ralph and his blonde whispered, laughed, and walked hand-in-hand into The Mercer's lobby.

just (10:35) saw Bono get out of a black escalade and go (stumble?) into 529 hudson street. driver got out of the suv and pointed bono to the correct building, 527 hudson street.

My friend and I spotted a dapper looking Bill Nighy at Balthazar's Sunday night around 8PM. He was dining with some irrelevent friends and we were hoping he would break out into Billy Mack's "Christmas Is All Around", but no such luck. And yes, he had the dumb glasses on.

Spotted Anderson Cooper tonight. Proves he likes art. Or fat men with beards. Or both. You decide. Oddly, something about that expression on his face says "Thank god Julio is out wine-tasting tonight."

Today december 16, arround 9:00 pm, saw Robert Sean Leonard, on madison avenue between 63 and 60 st, he was walking down the street hand by hand with a woman (unknown to us), as soon as we recognize him we tried to follow him to get a picture with him but he was walking very fast, so we only tried to catch up with him for 2 or 3 blocks and then we gave up, he was wearing prescription glasses, and was in casual clothing, looked very handsome!!

4pm, Sunday December 17—Saw Andrew McCarthyalking on West 43rd street with blonde and baby in a Baby Bjorn.

Saturday was a gay ol' day! I saw Rufus Wainwright on 22nd near 8th — looking a hot mess in a denim coat, brown pants and red sneakers. Then later I saw John Cameron Mitchell, of Shortbus and Hedwig fame, at Doma on Perry and 7th ave, talking with a really hot guy with a beard. I thought it was a date, but my friend said he was probably just talking with an actor for a film (maybe the guy was in Shortbus, can't remember).

I saw Willa Ford coming out of Cynthia Rowley's on Bleecker Street on Dec. 16th. Didn't have any bags yet. Has redder hair now, very pretty!
