This year's giant bags of free crap for Oscar nominees are as bountiful as ever. What's really thoughtful is the gift bag that's being made for nominated non-winners — Distinctive Assets and Caesar's Palace will give a $32,000 consolation prize to the schmucks who don't get their gold statuette. That's sweet — it'll keep the impoverished Oscar losers fed and clothed and plucked for weeks.
