The good folks at Philadelphia Weekly earn their Sixth Borough-hood today with a good catch on CNN's American Morning. Introducing a segment on the history of ATMs — and, yes, CNN still wonders why it doesn't have more viewers — Miles O'Brien thinks back to a time when you actually had to go into a bank. "It's hard to imagine what we did before the invention of the automatic teller machine," he says. "Remember that?" Indeed, someone on the set apparently does remember that time, and not fondly.
