Taryn Manning, the actress who plays Pennsatucky in the Netflix prison dramedy Orange in the New Black, was arrested Tuesday for violating a restraining order and threatening the former friend who's allegedly been stalking her for months, Gossip Cop reports.

Manning and Jeanine Heller had previously been separated by a mutual restraining order. A judge determined Tuesday that Manning had violated that order by sending Heller death threats via text and social media.

Court documents obtained by TMZ said the messages included, "I will kill you, bitch," "Go fuck yourself and die," and "What's taking so long? Shouldn't you be dead by now?"

According to Gossip Cop and TMZ, Manning didn't show up to court, so the judge had her arrested for contempt, but TMZ reports the District Attorney "has already declined to prosecute."

Heller has also violated the order in the past. She was arrested in September for stalking Manning and harassing her online and pleaded guilty to criminal contempt in October. Manning alleged in July that her ex-friend had called, emailed, and texted her hundreds of times in the space of a few months, TMZ reported.

On Twitter today, Manning denied there were any charges against her, and said she, not Heller, is the victim in the situation:

She also took TMZ to task for initially failing to point out that the DA wasn't pursuing any charges against her:
