BUT yes, Bush should have and had plenty of time and notice to stop it before it got this far. People (members of Congress) tried and failed to call attention to this several years ago and no one would listen. But to blame only Clinton, or only Bush is fucking stupid on all sides.

Now we have Obama, in his party acceptance speech, blame Bush for people buying houses and cars they couldn't afford and running up credit card debt they can't afford .... is the American way- pass the buck! It's not MY fault I fucked up! Now gimme money.....

My father is a 15 year survivor of two bouts with melanoma including surgeries and chemo. He is a strong man today and I would trust him with anything and everyone. To taint a human being solely on being a SURVIVOR OF CANCER makes you, well, quite similar to the disease itself. Fuck you Pareene.
