@eeva: How about Mope-rah...I've seen a few angry teen emos on teh Youtubes that could qualify.

I have nothing more to offer as regards Ali. Just sadness.

@Mr. Dick Sprinkles: True, but at least we live on a continent where brown people reigned first.

@pantspantspants: Just paste the page link and let the magic elves do the rest.

@pantspantspants: You are exquisite to me. *sweet kiss*
@TJBeck: You mean the Truth?

* trying to swallow bitterness *

@Richard: Well, agreed. HSM1 will live forever. Twas a magical time.

2's okay. 3...I dunno. Hopefully, since it will be in theaters, it will also be in 3D. Since that's the thing now.

@Michael Jahn: No, no, no, you are one step behind. See above.
What role would Ali Lohan HAVE anyway?? Isn't she not even old enough to BE in high school? I guess she looks old enough to play one of the teachers. WTF-ever, though. Your priorities are really weird, here, Richard. HSM is so OVER.

There are more important things to be discussed, like: CAMP ROCK!!!!

Tim Roth!! I've missed him so. <3 <3 <3
@TJBeck: I LOVE that chart. I love spreadsheet so.

Oh but hey, don't count out Lancaster County. There is a native-but-now-Delawarean Ressler are coming back to convince them for Obama. It's not going to be pretty. I love my Mom.

And we will all be parading ourselves in Obama gear at the Jonas Brothers show in Reading next week, so. Never say never.

@nhunter: Lowering the bar for herself, and raising it for Obama. It's a special kind of magic.
A big part of Obama's Hope was the shocking realization for his supporters that the math actually supported the candidate they wanted but thought was too good to be true. We've been happily counting numbers at crowds, demographic numbers and donation numbers all along. So I don't find that hypocritical, that's just selective media blindness.

I do find Hillary shitting all over our Hope to be pretty sucky, though. This is my third Presidential election voting...imagine my wondrous surprise to see the top tier of the system fucking with my vote AGAIN. It's so true, every time the Obama campaign meets a bar, they move it.

Now would be a great time, in case Hillary wins the nom, to start telling me why I should consider your favorite 3rd party candidate.

She's cute (this coming from a straight woman) but what does she stand for? Not one of those clinically insane type Republicans I hope.

She could totally join the ticket...seeing as the baby will be born well before the Dems even have a nominee.

Grrrr...Hillary, I don't know if this bitterness will ever subside.

@dustyrebel: Amen, neither will I, barring some massive turn of events.

I'm not saying I'll vote for McCain if Hillary gets the nom, but if she does there's always write-ins and long-shot Independents/Third-Partiers. Perhaps some Hillary supporters feel the same way? Great.

I am DONE with the dynasties, the tactics, the desperate attempts to reclaim the 90s. I am not interested in giving her the benefit of my gender politicking. Best quote I have seen on her today is that she's "more patriarchy in sheep's clothing".

I still stand firm that without a fundamental ideological shift in the mindset of this country, we're doomed to continue the mediocrity we've become so accustomed to, lately.

It's going to be a rough road a-hoe, no matter which of the three gets elected. I wish we would put someone in with a broader vision. Not the whole, let's finish what we started and what's owed to us tack that lil Bush swept us into Iraq with.

@brendastarlet: Doubtful, unless they plan to walk like a hundred miles from London in order to reach Eton.
@vulturesquadron: So totally...also:

It is kind of gross to me to more or less eulogize someone who isn't, you know, DEAD or anything.

Isn't this why there are editors?
@Colonel Mustard: Actually I'd say the Hills is pretty stereotypey...as a non-blond, non-white, non-Angeleno, those people all pretty much look the same to me. And yet their twenties resembles my past early twenties to a sad degree.

Also: Mmmm...Jonas Brothers.

@The Beast of Foggy Bottom: You consider this "snark". By my definition, that would mean it would have to have been clever. FAIL.

@The Beast of Foggy Bottom: I said shut up, Hillary. Enjoy losing to McCain if you squeeze this one out.

Wow, Emma Thompson's "adopted" son sounds great.

It is truly phenomenal to me how much more people like him appreciate and take advantage of wonderful educational opportunities when they have first gained the life experience and character to do so. You know, as opposed to the many (not all!) privileged kids who pop pills and piss it away and then go work for Dad.

Sorry, I am hitting bitter notes today.

LOVE the Ryder Robinson quote. This is why kids are awesome (even ones with really obnoxious mothers!) I can't wait until he sees a discarded needle on the ground and is like, "Just like at Uncle Owen's house!" Best of luck to you, kid.

Cruz Beckham, though. If by stardom you mean failed-famewhoring and a likely drug addiction, then yes, destined, indeed.
