Thanks! I realize this is a little late but I don't really know much about how this typewriter-tv works.

It's a terrible screen name, and in the word of RM himself "Don't mean nothing."

Chaim Gnadelstein on May 9, 2008

You're very kind, sir. Much obliged.

I have no idea if you got my last message. It doesn't show up. Man, sometimes the comments on this site are a little goofy, huh?

Anyway, thanks for the tips on the names. This was actually my first, and so far only, self-portrait. I appreciate the kind words.

Hi! Just noticed your comment, thanks! Actually, this was my first, and so far my only, self-portrait. I generally do odd surrealist imagery, mostly playing with line and color. I have been trying to work more humans into my paintings lately, so I'll check out the names you've given me!

Paisley pantsuits are only for those who are really confident in themselves, so good on you. My moniker is an ode to my insomnia, i.e., pajamas with a print so loud they'll keep you awake at night. I feel paisley is the fabric step sibling to polka dots, stripes and floral prints, and I show my support.

Thanks for the Slinky video! It brought back many happy memories. Here's the link to the Wikipedia entry on Slinky

and when you read it, click on the name of the inventor, to find out what happened to him...

Hey. Just saw your note to me in my profile. Been away a few days.

That, indeed, is Arnold Ziffel in the avatar picture. I love Green Acres.

I was going to marry Eb, but found out he was an Anabaptist./kuo

same same; very kind of you to say

But that would require sharing, and I'm not sure I'm prepared to do that. ;-)
