Ok, this is long but I had to vent:

The "real" Americans don't know the basic rules on handling the flag?

I AM OUTRAGED!!!!!!!

These people have the audacity to question the patriotism of others, but don't take measures to ensure the proper handling of our national emblem?

This is "small town", pro-America, "real America" right!?!?!?! RIGHT?!!?!?!?

To quote so many blustering right wing idiots lately, "WHERE I COME FROM..." we don't desecrate the flag like that. Proper handling of the flag is a sacred duty and one of the first things you learn in cub scouts for Pete's sake. If I saw that when I was 8 years old and a Cub Scout I would have cried with anger.

What is more disgusting here... the fact that these slime slingers have the nerve to question the patriotism of ANY other American, regardless of religion... or the fact that those grandiose bastards don't even know enough to keep our flag off the fucking ground?

I'm proud to be an American... but I am currently not so proud of forty some odd percent of my fellow Americans... those who claim to have the corner on the market of patriotism and Americanism and have the nerve to question EITHER candidate for the honor of President of the United States as a "potential terrorist", a "socialist", a "communist", "anti-American" and whatever other sort of vile crap they can dream up.

This is truly becoming an "us vs. them" campaign... and a divided America... and that is the LAST THING WE NEED AS A NATION RIGHT NOW. We need to COME TOGETHER... not be divided. Who is doing the dividing??? FUCKER BOUNDS, Palin, and the rest of the "top brass" of the McCain campaign. You two and your nutcase friends spewing these divisive remarks are the REAL ANTI AMERICANS. I can't wait for two weeks to be over so you can crawl back into your hidey holes and watch the REAL AMERICANS fix the fucking mess you have made of this country over the next eight years.
