No wonder Cho left the Awl - early retirement starts now... eat that Balk!
This guy needs to go back to lurking beneath the serene surface of a roiling discourse.
If you're going to blackmail, be a white male.
All this proves is that Dr. Congressman Paul is just as bad as the "DC Insiders" that he decries, willing to say one thing to one constituency and the opposite to another to garner favor. Maybe he isn't a homophobic, race-war baiting conspiracyhead, but he's certainly willing to sign a letter addressed to a bunch of 'em. Using standard early 90's militia-style jargon and anti-Fed scare tactics all while courting the NAACP guy you reference, well that alldoesn't square, now does it? Luckily that arbiter of good decision-making, Alex Jones is on the scene to set things straight.

The fact is they are all corrupt, controlled, & controlling - joke is that you think Paul is somehow different.

Wikipedia certainly made mention of Churchill's circuitous political career... one could say he Zig-Zagged his way through the 20th century's biggest issues. He marched to the beat of his own Drum, Rolled His Own way on many issues with no-regard for clearing the air; I've heard second-hand, that he was a man with no filter.
That, and his membership in Parliament, it's like he never had a chance...
I might have his head on my desk but the sentiment wouldn't be the same...
Winston probably got the boot when Obama was trying to quit smoking - he also ditched the portraits of Senator Benson & Congressman Hedges and I heard he fired a groundskeeper because he looked too much like the Marlboro Man.

Also, notably absent from Obama's "hip hop barbecue" - Kool and the Gang.

They should be proud - the UT College Republicans is one of the smallest and least powerful of the 100s of student organizations on campus... in a town where Rick Perry (seemingly Governor for life) couldn't win a seat on the city council (unless maybe he finally came out), the College Republicans are a marginalized minority. Not too shabby UT.
Yes! Having played sports in Sherman on a windy day, I realized that the true home field advantage was the Shermanites' habituation to that awful stench.
I think you're right and that's why Obama tainted him early by offering him a deal too good to pass up as Ambassador to China. He's thusly double-tainted*, as a Mormon and as an Obama appointee... And I'm glad, because he looks like the only reasonable choice on the Repubs side (funny how he's polling in negatives and low single digits... my version of reasonable and the Right's version shockingly don't match up).

*Coming 2012 to The History Channel - Steven Seagall is DOUBLE-TAINTED!!!

Way to go, Frasier's dad!
Beck's calling out Tea Partiers as Racists is just an effort to get them behind his Mormon bro Mittens Romnoid... it makes sense, I'm not going to explain how, but it makes sense.
Stop being untenable!

If somebody wants to needlepoint that on an old-lady pillow and put it up on Etsy, I'm in for at least 10 sales. I have an aunt that still rocks the McCain/Palin sweatshirt to all family functions, so she's first on the gift-list.
Unloosed stamplessness draws bile in online (unexamined) fury flash.
Muppet or a Man could've used more animal sweaters and muttonchop harmonizing because it was on-the-nose Conchordia... thanks for the Bret factoid, did not catch that in the credits.
Yeah - kinda surprised Brett or Jemaine didn't make any cameos in The Muppets considering the film is directed by James Bobin, co-creator or Flight of the C's.
Toki needs your cash for teddies (& wikis too).
No, it was you - you were thinking about porn the whole time he was teaching.
