I read the document too and I beg to differ. Whoever interviewed this girl asked questions that were obviously skewed. Instead of asking 'describe your intake of the drugs and alcohol' he said 'so really you took that shit of your own accord'. there is a big difference. Any intro critical theory soc or psych class could affirm that.
It is very clear that the interviewer was not as 'objective' as he or she could have been and asked specific questions designed to produce specific results. Emphasis on her searching for a 'daddy' with all that shit surrounding her mom's boyfriends indicate a desire to pathologize her.
Also, this girl describes having asked him to stop and him coercing her/not listening to her. By law [at least where I'm from] if you ask someone to stop and they don't its assault. Comments about her' lifestyle' indicate that this girl's previous sexual experience, the fact that she's poor and her father's ' were used to craft a huge bias against her. Why did they ask if she was sexually active before? It isn't relevant. What is relevant is whether she was capable of consenting [age and intoxication being huge factors] and this is all that matters.

If you have sex with a woman and you can't tell if she consented you're fucked. This girl couldn't consent and it was obvious. Looking over the documents I asked myself if I would have proceeded after hearing her responses and no, I absolutely would not have because the fact that she was drunk, drugged, confused and frightened made the situation so damn clear.
