That's exactly why I thought the Mark letter was an Onion type satire that sent up every one of those guys and their actual attitudes.
99, I heard tell "there's no such thing as a natural death when The Circus is in town," meaning I guess SIS in John LeCarre spy novels, but heck, your guess is probably better than mine.

Aha! That's always the plausible deniability when *They* suicide someone! xoxo

*eta: for Lightning Louie

Lightning Louie notes in comments: "who knew Kubrick was so beloved by conspiracy fans?" Well, the story gets even curiouser when "Eyes Wide Shut" comes in. Internet essays and forum comments go on and on in excruciating, nearly frame by frame detail, to conclude that Kubrick revealed too many inner secrets and symbols of sacrificial cult worship for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. And that's why "Eyes Wide Shut" was his very last movie ever.
No, Devonna surely is not the only one who saw the cruelty, and the really awful thought, as Cassie Murdoch wrote in her post, is that the young tiger thought that those were *real* tiger feet and was traumatized by the sight of those awful slippers.
What about Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon in The Hunger? Does that count? #crosstalk
The White House is an awful address for someone interested in style. Critics will pounce. Probably goes back to that socialite Dolley Madison and on to the last of the big spenders, Nancy Reagan. But Michelle Obama probably can relate to something Jackie Kennedy told the New York Times in 1960: "A newspaper reported I spend $30,000 a year buying Paris clothes and that women hate me for it. I couldn't spend that much unless I wore sable underwear." Later of course it turned out she spent even more.
Sure, the Darley Arabian. But this tracing back to the fast mare idea makes more sense. According to legend the Bedouin peoples who raised the ancestors of the Thoroughbred foundation sires always traced their horses by the matrilineal way.
I feel sad for cats because they too have a greeting ceremony they will do for you if a dog does not force them offstage with bounding and yelping. Our cat greets us hello with kitten sounds and does a lovely yoga stretch for happy reunion. Our other cats probably had an equally lovely repertoire but we were dog people and never noticed them. Overacting often wins the Oscar unfortunately. #crosstalk
Soros is merely a tool of the real ruling class, a front man chosen to take the heat of publicity away from those who run the real globalist conspiracy from their home base on Mars.
Under the impression that traffic, or rather pageviews, maybe secondary to uniques; in other words, greater numbers of new and different people checking the place out is the more desired outcome. Of course quite likely I'm wrong. New direction still unclear, but give AJD a chance to build the new new thing before deciding either way to like or not to like. Putting thought into writing: when done well, effort is invisible.
Hi LeeLee, the response gadget isn't working today so I just now saw your good reply. Wino Forever is a fine idea. xoxo
Love would still be dead if Depp went back to Kate Moss because that would break the heart of Jamie Hince, guitar of the Kills. Moss just married him in a giant September issue Vogue cover story neo Gatsby frothy wedding of the summer.

eta All their various little kids would be sad, too.

Gosh yes; there's this marvel of an old 1991 book, "The Big Bang Never Happened: A startling refutation of the dominant theory of the origin of the universe" by science journo Eric J. Lerner, who was influenced by his admiration for plasma physicist (and Nobel laureate) Hannes Alfven and others who were interested in theories of the electric universe.
By the way.
Charlie Jane Anders did a fine job over there but now isn't on the masthead; I think she is working on a novel if I interpret her twitter correctly. #crosstalk
Hi, you can find a few bits on Ows at one of their websites, occupywallst dot org, but the most interesting thing was when some decided to occupy vacant houses...seems rather sad to have empty houses and families without homes all at same time. As for jobs, so many interacting variables apply that make it difficult to generalize. Depends on field of work, geographic, and what a person is qualified to do. If you're a newspaper reporter, you would need a time machine to find a job. Just an example. But the sciences seem to have openings, according to my back issues of eos from American geophysical union. just depends. good luck to you in your search. #crosstalk

eta Forgot the rule on punctuation, capital letters. Please read in proper caps.

Had KFC red velvet cake in a haze of southern nostalgia. Rick Miller, from the band Southern Culture on the Skids, describes the best version this way: "Another good solid trailer trash summer dessert is the Red Velvet cake...but ya gotta make it with 7-Up." #crosstalk
Oh no! I'm sure you were more like the charming Monty Clift version of Dr. Sugar. xoxo
Yes, exactly. And border collies at work herding sheep also seem to exhibit abilities to understand directional signals and attention cues somewhat beyond the abilities of a two year old child.
The best ever tag was the time one friend tagged a pic of Liz Taylor in her Suddenly Last Summer bathing suit as me and facebook believed it.
They still have that Monet...it's in their permanent collection...some water lilies from Giverny, and you're right, the texture up close is sensational. #crosstalk
