That wasn't a beehive-- that was the conelike shape of her cranium. Coupled with those satellite dishes she has for ears, the girl is far from hot. But then I may be letting that rotting toddler in the trunk issue taint my perception of her attractiveness.
Sorry, but all I'm reminded of is this.
Comment o' the day. Right here folks. Well done.
The bear went over the mountain,
The bear went over the mountain,
The bear went over the mountain,
To see what he could see

To see what he could see,
To see what he could see

The other side of the mountain,
The other side of the mountain,
The other side of the mountain,
Was all that he could see

Was all that he could see,
Was all that he could see,
The other side of the mountain,
Was all that he could see!
Just curious, but what do you think is a fitting punishment? What terms of incarceration would be humane enough for a man that stabbed everyone in his family to death? Lifelong solitary confinement? Too cruel? Life sentence with free medical care, three meals a day, the opportunity to occasionally be outside for exercise, and the opportunity to pursue a college degree? Too lax? How much respect does this man's life deserve?
Oh please say that didn't happen.
Same here! Could watch them a million times over.
pretty sure he's doing a South African accent there
Miss Carry O'Justice
She was a mother of 4 kids and no one reported her missing? Not even one of her kids? [www.heraldnews.com]
George Michael: She's really funny.
George Sr.: I sure hope so.
Or rather, it IS the Phillip Markoff story from 2009. What's the deal Misha?
Wow do I have to agree with you on Jose Baez. That's what's so frustrating about the whole thing. He doesn't have a defense. I'm curious as to why some high profile defense attorney like Mark Garagos didn't step up to take the case. I mean, the girl is guilty, but at least a skilled defense attorney could give us a good show (so to speak). And I agree with you about the family. For a clan that seems to have a collective IQ of about 80, they sure are fascinating.
Your Pa's run off and I'm "rill" sick and the baby's gonna starve to death.
I put my dog down three weeks ago and have cried every day since. It was the most gut wrenching decision of my life, and I'm still not comfortable with it, but I hope I'll make peace with it in time. If I could do one thing differently I would've had the vet call in a mild sedative that I could've given to my dog prior to taking her in to be euthanized. Actually, he was supposed to do this, but I kept checking with the pharmacy and they kept claiming that it had never been called in (one of many reasons why I will never use that vet again.... but I digress). My dog was always fearful of being at the vet, and if I was going to bring her in to put her down, I didn't want her to be aware of her surroundings or to be anxious. A lot of people wait until the pet is so ill to the point that he is completely out of it, but I work full time, and even though I had a dog walker, I couldn't bear the idea of my dog being in pain or suffering all alone while I was at work. So, I guess you could say I took a more proactive approach and had her put down before she was completely incapacitated. (I should note that she was repeatedly falling down, having trouble breathing, and having repeatedly mini seizures that would cause her to lose bladder control all over herself. I don't want people thinking I put down an active, healthy dog.) But back to my original point... I think the trauma of the whole experience could've been lessened had I been able to give her a sedative at home and then taken her to the vet. See if your vet will call in something that you can give the cat to relax him/her (and p.s. don't let them call in Benadryl. That stuff isn't worth a d*mn. They need to call in some kind of benzodiazipine that cats can tolerate.)
They're going to go with a postpartum depression defense no doubt, and that may very well be what happened here, but I've never heard of a mother killing her child due to postpartum depression and then lying to cover it up. Maybe only the ones where the mothers call the cops and tell them flat out "I just killed my child" are the ones that make it to the headlines.
Ah yes--I remember the Pennsylvania couple. He was on disability because of back problems (which is why he supposedly couldn't help clean), and she was morbidly obese, unemployed and obsessed with collecting board games. And they were trying to get pregnant.... Niecey nipped that in the bud.
