In January, Pagano was arrested and charged with three counts each of stalking, indecent exposure, harassment and open lewdness for allegedly offering three women money to watch him masturbate with Swiss cheese.
According to Philly.com, a fourth victim came forward over the weekend. Tasha Jamerson, spokeswoman for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, said the incident occurred in January, which means it took place just days before Pagano's case hit the news or during the week-long citywide manhunt for his arrest.
Pagano turned himself in on the new charges—which bring the total number of charges to 20—and was freed after posting 10% of his $90,000 bail.
His next court date is scheduled for April 1.
