Jim Power and his dog, Jesse James, used to live on the sidewalk outside 120 St. Marks Place. Though he now suffers from severe hip pain, Power continues to make mosaics in this neighborhood.

    He also teaches the art of mosaic making to children in the city school system. He recently finished making a mosaic interior for a new bar called "Porno Dog Tavern " on St. Marks Place .
