Lloyd Koulen, a self-styled street performer who wears all white and bleaches his eyebrows. He also has swastikas on his sleeves.

    His skin is dark, which he says is because he's Inuit

    In January 2004, was accused of stabbing a man to death for trying to steal his backpack. A grand jury declined to indict him when he claimed the stabbing was an act of self-defense.
