Richard Martin. This is one example of the outrageous notes/reminders he leaves his tenants. His notes usually express his concern and irritation over his tenants incorrect manner of sorting garbage.

    Recently, Martin went so far as to move all the garbage cans up to the roof to force tenants to climb as many as five flights to throw out their trash, when he found that his signs were being ignored.
