So like any good music trend, nu-rave is also a fashion thing, but we didn't see that many people here wearing much neon, or any of London rave'y brands like Cassetteplaya or KTZ. We did spot one particular fashion victim in a House of Holland "Cause Me Pain Hedi Slimane" slogan t-shirt, an ode to Dior Homme's former creative director, as she slunk by the real Hedi Slimane. I wonder if that was embarrassing for her—sort of like getting caught wearing a band t-shirt to one of their concerts. Anyhow, I tried to talk to Mr. Slimane about him getting canned from Dior and about maybe stealing me some free pants from the showroom, but he didn't seem that interested in any of my drunk-babble. Deciding to cut my losses, I headed upstairs to find Ruff Club resident DJs Spencer Product and Denny Le Nimh.
