There’s an anecdote in Karen’s book about some Prussian prince who visited the brothel and sipped champagne from one of the hooker’s high heels, so Julie, Karen, and Sara Gruen took it upon themselves to recreate this moment in history. The Prussian prince, coincidentally enough, probably also had orgasmic explosions in the background.
