Watch Quentin Tarantino’s Very First Movie

Here, presented in its entirety, is "My Best Friend's Birthday," Quentin Tarantino's very first film. It was shot in 1984 as a collaboration with Roger Avary, who later co-wrote Pulp Fiction. It was never released.

It's got all the makings of Tarantino's trademark style. Especially of note, an opening conversation about a three year old who doesn't commit suicide because of a great episode of the Partridge Family. It's all right there: dark comedy and pop culture.
