Ken would have wanted it that way.

Not saying that's true about Ober, but you wouldn't know it by the lead on this story.
Condolences to his family and friends. 52 is too damn soon. #kenober

You're right, my comment did seem kind of pointed at Richard (sorry about that, normally I'm a fan of the showbiz news you bring in. Also, I'm an idiot for criticizing the lead in the story, when, to be honest, the lead is actually fine).
I just wish that Twitter wasn't the angle that was used to approach his death and instead it was more, "This guy died, here are his achievements, and interestingly enough, Twitter was wrong and then right or something."
Apologies for making it all about me though. I know that this affected you on a much more personal level than it did me and I'm pretty much feeling like an asshole right about now. #kenober

WTF? Why does that look like a link but go nowhere? Here it is again: [www.nowpublic.com]
I was somewhat pissed off about this because while I didn't know Ober myself, some of my friends did. It was saddening to watch this play out on a couple of people's FB pages as people reacted to the news, then were given hope that it was a hoax, and then were let down again when they found out the truth. He was clearly someone many people had great personal affection for, and it seemed to me this needlessly complicated people's grief. #kenober
