    so amazing that a public company can have such blatant nepotism. What happens if the kid has no talent? You just smile and say, "oh, how smart you are!" Even if Arthur Sr. wants to hear the truth about his kid, who wants to take that risk? That's why nepotism is generally considered, bad. Because, it's so damned awkward. Explains a lot of the ass kissing culture of the Times. I guess a lot of people learned to kiss up to Arthur on his way up the corporate ladder.
