    This has to be the most poorly named website in existence. Mediaite? You'd think by now that someone would have typed the name in MS Word and recognized that auto-correct changes it to Mediate.

    This is getting old already. Is every D-list celebrity on Earth going to have to put in a public appearance just to quell the nasty rumors of their demise? If it were me, I'd just stay "dead" until everybody in the world believed it, then I'd appear on the Today Show to sing my one hit from days gone by. That ought to rub their noses in it, and if not, I can always sic the lawyers on 'em.


    For a 70s style fad (reporting on the death of still-living D-listers), this one is pretty lame.

    uhhhhhm, robert palmer actually died in 2003 of a heart attack at age 54. he is no longer addicted to love. cyndi, however, still just wants to have fun, so there's that.

    Since there has been so much unanswered commentary on all of these blogs and postings. I figured I would come forward to answer any questions anyone may have about the details of our weekend. We don't know if this "creature" is the raccoon we had honored that day, but from the first time we heard about the "Montauk monster" we all had a funny feeling that we were responsible.
