Of course they don't make explicit agreements with their subjects -- there's a tacit understanding there about how People does things. If they're not going to put a positive spin on your story, they don't come around in the first place.
@DennyCrane: If you're dealing with babies as out of control as the Jolie/Pitt twins, pretty negative. You should see what those two did to the bathroom of 1OAK. Rumor has it the cleaning staff had to wear masks to keep from suffocating from all the cocaine.
I guess I can see ANY publicist making a quid pro quo demand like that, but I dunno...I sort of feel like Angelina Jolie could give a shit what People has to say about her. I mean, everything—positive and negative—that could possibly be said about her in the press pretty much HAS already, hasn't it?
