It has happened to me, and I find it insulting.
If this guy were on steroids, his body would look totally different. I would expect more exaggerated proportions, more vascularity, and leaner, more angular forms generally.
Personally, I think he looks good: he has a very strong, naturally developed build: not a kouros, but rather a young Hercules. #benjaminmaisani
