Blogger Mike Blumenthal reports the Better Business Bureau gave Google a 'C-' because of its unresponsiveness to customer complaints. This would be embarrassing if Better Business Bureau grades actually meant anything.
It turns out the Better Business Bureau is poorly named: The consumer ratings service gave an A+ to a gold seller awash in complaints and a mortgage broker targeted by two state attorneys general. Terrorists do only slightly worse.
