Meanwhile, Christopher Bollen is giving the Spring/Summer '09 of Fantastic Man 1000 words on a hangover he picked up in Paris. Seriously. I'd tell you to buy it but the magazine costs five pounds which is like $20 US and is big and has Bret Easton Ellis on the cover drinking a can of Diet Coke. But if you're into that kind of thing.

Well that's just rotten, suing an editor and writer as well-liked as O'Brien just for telling it like it is- and nothing too shocking, either. Peter Brant has had quite a week, having goons get into tussles with his wife Stephanie Seymour, now suing an editor who probably hasn't the financial resources to defend himself properly. What a bully and shitheel Brant seems to be. Vanity Fair, hurry up, this guy needs a shaming.

Warhol disliked and mistrusted Brant, btw.

yup, like that's going to make those embarassing comments go away. Sue a fairly well-known and liked creative guy on top of all that bad publicity with the divorce. Brant is the magazine publisher who just doesn't quite get the media. Like oil and vinegar, Brant and creativity.

Didn't we know this was going to happen? A fucking businessman slumming among the creatives, trying to recreate Andy Warhol's magic. Roughly one year ago, Charlie Rose actually had on some enablers of this goddam trainwreck: Marc Jacobs, Glenn O'Brien, Peter Brant and his wife, then-"contributing fashion editor," Stephanie Seymour Brant. The less that is said about Stephanie's ideas on art and fashion and the magazine industry the better.

It was all a fucking stupid Peter Brant ego trip.
