    Nothing will happen. Maybe a minor fine. At best. If they fine him or punish him it opens doors for the producers (I'd believe) to have a ruling against him to use in a civil suit, no?


    If AEA does this to a high profile union member then other high profile mems might say, "What the hell do I need the union for?" and leave the union. Which could, in and of itself, cause the death of the union if enough high profile mems quit.


    Those with legal knowledge better than mine might have answers to these questions to prove I'm an idiot.

    Whenever celebs make this bullsh** excuses (canceling tours for "exhaustion"; collapsing from "dehydration"), I always wish someone would nail them.

    This is turning into an episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

    I hope that he and his doctor decide that his only way out is to actually get mercury poisoning.Then the committee of 5 actors turns out to be huge PCU fans and he realizes that he suffered for absolutely no reason.
