    Blago sucks. What a dick for doing this.


    Hiding the questions is stupid and not going to make it go away. He needs to say more, but I disagree w/the press and Repubs who are critical that he did not say more yesterday. They're trying to stir shit as usual, in the old-school political way. Obama had been in a meeting w/Gore and one would assume only caught a 2 min soundbite about Blago's arrest. It's not like he doesn't have bigger things to deal with! Anything else said by him at that moment would have been irresponsible. Hopefully he will say more tomorrow...though really, what can he say? It's going to be pulled apart and here we go, Clinton 2008.


    Also, part of me can't help but wonder if this is not Blago's revenge against Obama, Jackson Jr., and any other person who he may have had a beef with. He made it clear he knew he was being tapped. He knew he was going down. What better way to get revenge than to destroy other careers in the process.

    More troubling is that I have yet to get any Digg traction for my question: Will the President-Elect be photographed any time soon with a large lollipop? Because I like politics and big candy and often feel my dual interests are ill-served.
