It's a Christmas miracle: Following a far-too-long hiatus, the incredible Steve Kardynal has graced the users of Chatroulette with a surprise performance for the second time in less than a month.

It's true: People still use Chatroulette. Which is excellent news, because it means Chatroulette Troll Extraordinaire Steve Kardynal still has a place to play.

"Shape-shifting" filmmaker Stef, his alter-ego Stefani, and a bunch of Stef and Stefani's Psy-head friends produced a Chatroulette-friendly remake of the K-pop sensation's ultra-viral music video, and unleashed the result on the video chat site's penis-anticipating users.

I don't know what's weirder: That Steve Kardynal enjoys freaking out Chatroulette users by wearing a bikini while lip-syncing to Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe", or that there are still people who use Chatroulette.

Chatroulette thinks it finally knows how to banish flashers. The video chat site has tried community moderation. It's tried dick detection software. Now it hopes 32 professional cockblockers can get a handle on this hard, longstanding problem.
