Why couldn't a bakery hit be like pelting someone repeatedly with powdered jelly doughnuts and the white powder just musses their overcoat a little?

Not, you know, get all dead and stuff.

Isn't there some kind of bakers Hippocratic Oath like, "First, do no harm to people who like bread?"

    Oakland, people. Oakland.

Where the Black Panthers had one of their own bookkeepers wacked back in the 70s because she had the temerity to suggest they should stop stealing from donors who wanted their money to go to poor black children, to schools etc.

Where Huey Newton went to an HMO (Kaiser Permanente) to seek medical treatment after killing a cop -- and had his Kaiser card with him.

Where just last month, a 3rd generation psycho killed 4 cops in one day and some of the stalwart citizens took to the streets in support of the murderer.

And finally, yes, this is the city of which Gertrude Stein said: "Once you get there, there is no there there."

What a lovely multigenerational family of evil fuckers. Bakers are supposed to be nice, people. Glad I never ate any of their hate muffins.

Dough problems are no reason for a bakery to get all murdery.
