Matthews may scream, but unlike O'Reilly, what he is screaming is worth hearing, and it makes a weasel like Blago squirm--literally: I mean, did you see him wiggle on that chair as if it had a gas jet underneath the seat and he had hemorrhoids? And how many members of the audience--even the relatively sophisticated MSNBC audience--know what the Constitution requires in this case? Kudos--loud ones, so they can be heard over him--to Matthews!
EDIT: Sorry, this has really touched a nerve. Whatever happened to doing some bloody research in the course of journalism? More sweary ranting on my blog: [blog.gooneruk.com]
Since we're still talking about the United Theaters of America, more on Pam Pilger the Heil Hitler lady from the IDF:
This gets even more bizarre the more you look into it. Her husband's name is Paul Pilger. There was a Paul Pilger associated with moveon.org back in 2004 who was involved with their attempted superbowl ad that associated Bush with Hitler. They both belong to a church in Las Vegas that is part of the foursquare pentecostal evangelicals. Foursquare is a major force in the religious right. Also strangely coincidental, there is John Pilger, who is a documentary filmmaker and rabid socialist who was taped a few months ago raving about British Healthcare on Democracy Now. Further down the rabbithole: Pilger means "Pilgrim" in German.
There is also a Dr. Pamela Pilger associated with Maineville, Ohio, probably the scariest bastion of scary on the continent. There are some more Pamela's and Paul's geocoded to the capitol and environs.
Oy, semiotics. Notify me when Umberto Eco deigns it fit to comment. The more hilarious PM analysis piece wouldda been on how cable news channels outdid themselves in punditry, and how that subliminably showed their true colors.
My fave was "From Beer to Eternity," I think on the Rach Maddow show.. "The Audacity of Hops" (MSNBC) was kinda cute, "Good For What Ales" (MSNBC) retarded, "Beer and Now" lazy (can't remember where I saw that), etc. Am LOATHE to admit it but the "Beck Beer Summit" on FOX was pretty clever..

Sarah Brown retweeted Demi Moore, that's all it was. It doesn't necessitate a reply, and there was no "snub" involved.
Shoddy journalism on the Daily Mail's part, and equally shoddy by Gawker in parroting it.
