    Not that I watched it as many times as you, but I did hear The Noxema Girl tell the Madam that they were happy she came instead of "one of her girls" which tells me that McSteamy is the luckiest guy on earth.

    It's just a regular cigarette.

    The camera was in low-light mode, and had bumped-up it's infra-red sensitivity. The glowing cig head gives off more infra-red than visible light in those conditions, and appears bluish to the camera.

    Happens on security cameras all the time.

    That sounds like something that's visible only in the Fleshbot version.
