    God, you people must be bored today. Cary Tennis pulls random shit out of his ass, for which Salon presumably pays him. Why people continue to write to him is another matter, because for every intelligent, or even intelligible, response there are ten that make me wonder if he's still doing drugs. The real fun of his column is in the people who write in, not unlike certain other webpages i could mention.

    But there is poetry in the madness. perhaps if his words are strung out like the entrails of the sheep or a patient etherized upon a table let us go, through certain half-deserted streets, the muttering retreats and find the wisdom of the evenings, mornings, afternoons.

    I rather of enjoy the fact that Cary is consistently batshit insane. It's the kind of comforting constant I need to kickstart my mornings when the Turkish coffee doesn't cut it.
