    You guys are all jaded New Yorkers who think everyone else is as mean and conniving as you are. I think this is an awesome and above-board deal, and a very clever way to avoid The Depression. Which is why I am soon going to be disemboweled so this guy can wear my skin like a Burberry raincoat. I don't even like kayaking. It smells like drowned mobsters and seagull poo.

    That lower left pic is totes House Beautiful. No one with a St. Bernard leaves 18" pathways. Look for my severed head in the curio cabinet in his next ad to see if I am right. #realestate
