Is Scorsese sleeping with Leo? First DeNiro, now DeCaprio. There is a joke there but I'm too sleepy from lunch.

I would see this anyway for the effect, it's different to my standards and it's a great way to say in shape.

...Sorry I watch the flash flood episode of Family Guy and this cyclist dying of rectal cancer would say that at the end of every sentence.

    Lighten things up a little.

@Lazarou: The rain feels good against my skin. It's cool and refreshing and it's a great way to stay in shape.

True confession: I love Institutional Green. I wish it would make a comeback.

Honestly. Whether or not the book or movie was good, what would compel people to just give the whole thing away without being prompted to?

I'm sure they had a name for this condition by now.

I mean it's not even like the movie is Harry Potter or anything in which you get a slight dark joy from killing the souls of pottertards. This is a random movie that no one is writing in their calendar about.

The book was a major letdown. I was kind of surprised that Scorsese wanted to have anything to do with it.

    ***SPOILER***

The whole thing is basically just An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge set in an insane asylum on an island. Leo's character isn't actually a cop; just a nutso in the asylum.

@bytememehard: Patient 69 was just too spicy, I guess. But look for the porny "Slutter Island," soon to follow.

@tslothrop: Yes, the book was a serious disappointment. Easily my least favorite Dennis Lehane.

Plus, the final act plot twist is going to give the movie that unpleasant M. Night Shyamalan taste.
