Derek Medina, who posted a photo of his wife’s bloody body to Facebook after shooting her eight times, has been convicted of second-degree murder, reports the Associated Press.
Back in 2013, Derek Medina claimed he’d killed his wife before posting a photo of her bloody body to Facebook. Today, his attorney said he’d acted in self-defense “because he lived in fear of her drug abuse, violent tendencies and even Satan worship,” according to an Associated Press report.
A South Miami man has apparently confessed to murdering his wife in a Facebook post that was followed shortly by a gruesome photo of the woman's body.
