It continues to amaze and horrify me this Jon and Kate story. The worst fiction writer in the world could not have come up with an unfolding narrative such as this. Just when you think they've reached the final plateau of cheese and self-indulgence, nope, there's a new horizon. Even Jackie Collins has standards.
