Gay people just got the right to serve openly in the military and they're already causing drama. At least it's good drama this time. A bunch of married gay soldiers have sued the government claiming the Defense of Marriage Act violates the constitution because it blocks the military from acknowledging their unions.

The gay soldier known as AreYouSurprised caused an internet sensation when he publicly came out to his father on YouTube last week to celebrate the end of the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy. Now it's time to come out to his mother. It doesn't go as well.

Advocacy group Servicemembers United got a hold of a survey the Pentagon circulated to 400,000 troops which asks obnoxious questions about how soldiers would react if they had to shower or share a tent with a gay person.
