Well of course Gen Art cannot die: coke dealers have been working hard making baggies for the event.

A huge swathe of organizations that make up the non-profit community are incredibly poorly managed. When the economy was good there were more of the good ones and the bad ones. Founders start off with good intentions and no fiscal sense, or a mission that is far too highly specialized, the wrong leaders altogether (don't get me started on volunter Boards) or (as we see here) lack a diverse, sustainable, broad-based fund-raising strategy.

Before you give your money anywhere, do your own research and make sure that you are giving it to an organization that will be accountable, and hopefully successful in accomplishing the mission. Charitynavigator has good information about it, but you can look online yourself for published info in annual reports. It is not that hard, most people are just too lazy to do it.

Nope, it was done correctly. Moreover, Laura Breckenridge is a really chill girl.

@Nigromancer: Doh! I know it was done correctly, just saying it looks like it is upside down -- you know, cause of the position the girls are in. What am I, a 'tard?

I feel sad for middle-aged people who attend nightclub events.

Don't you have someone to snuggle with on the sofa? Perhaps a dog would suit you.

You SHOULD be looking into the eyes of someone who has been there for you through good times and bad, thinking "dammit, I'm lucky to be alive". You should NOT be assembling a gaggle of whores who will spend your money.

I'm looking at you, Armand Assante.

This reminds me of all that's good about my middle-aged life. Thank you.

Is this Gigantic adapted from the collection by Marc Nesbitt? That would rule.
