    Why hasn't Glenn Beck officially stated that he did not drive this man to suicide? How do we know Glenn Beck didn't harass and bully this man to the point that he raped and murdered himself?

    I think there are some serious questions that Glenn Beck should answer, under oath.

    If anyone ever finds me in my trailer in the Barc-A-Lounger, with the remote wedged in the folds of my back, a velveeta puddle on my chest, and my heart exploded from a massive gripper like the alien was rooting around in my ribcage, then I want you to know, as a kind of proactive deathbed confession, Glenn Beck sodomized and killed me.

    He's been planning this for years cause I know too much about that little girl back in 1990...

    What insurance company is going to give a 50-something man with a medical history of lymphoma a life insurance policy for ANY amount, let alone 6-figures? I don't buy any of this BS story.

    @PaisleyPajamas: I recieve an automatic sum of life insurance through work. I do not have lymphoma or any other fatal illness. But if I did they would have no way of knowing. The application consisted of my name, address and social.

    @Cheruth: Via your SSN, an insurance company can find out everything about you--criminal record, health record, every address you've ever received mail, etc. This is rumored to be one of the scary things that FICO keeps track of as well--yes, indeed, your credit score can plummet if you are diagnosed with a potentially disabling/debilitating or lethal disease.

    I just do not and will not believe that the "proof" that this man was suicidal is some anonymous, unnamed tipster and a life insurance policy. The investigators have been watching too much Law & Order TeeVee.

    @PaisleyPajamas: Hey, the same type of investigation found that the explosion on the USS Iowa was the result of a complicated homosexual suicide plot! Not WWII era gunpowder that was stored in dangerous conditions. And remember how they caught Richard Jewell? And the Pat Tillman case?

    @Ginmar Rienne: Fer sure. These sorts of "conclusions" are always arrived at quickly and sound like an 8-year-old child over explaining how mom's favorite knick-knack was broken. It's the only time the powers that be try to blame the victim, as well.

    @PaisleyPajamas: There's also some glaring omissions: if he wrote the word "FED" on his chest himself---where'd the utinsil go? And what about the rest of the duct tape? How, exactly, does one duct tape one's wrists tight enough to fool investigators?

    @PaisleyPajamas: Under HIPA there is no way they can get my health records unless I sign an explicit waiver. I made sure to look and I did not sign such a waiver. If this has happened to you than sue your doctor and/or the hospital. They are not allowed to give out this information.

    And credit score should not be based on illness. Obviously the two are linked in the sense that you rack up a lot of debt very fast. And often fall behind on bills. Read your credit report carefully. And if the score does not match the factors they are allowed to use than speak to an attorney.

    @Cheruth: It's actually HIPAA, which protects medical records. It's not illegal for insurance companies to share information regarding payouts on their insureds to their brethren in the industry or to create ratings systems that determine how much of a risk a potential insured may be. If you'd like it to be illegal, I suggest you contact your elected representatives.

    I stand by my assessment that this is a ludicrous scenario in Kentucky.

    I mean some of this stuff could have been done by him, but duct taping his arms together? Really they think he did that? If so what was the deal with the gloves they found at the scene, or the fact there was no roll of tape there.
