I just do not and will not believe that the "proof" that this man was suicidal is some anonymous, unnamed tipster and a life insurance policy. The investigators have been watching too much Law & Order TeeVee.

And credit score should not be based on illness. Obviously the two are linked in the sense that you rack up a lot of debt very fast. And often fall behind on bills. Read your credit report carefully. And if the score does not match the factors they are allowed to use than speak to an attorney.
