Actually he was UNSUCCESSFUL, unless you count him successful because his friends never interrupted him (at first). His two college friends ( unless Bruni was lying, they had their own eating issues to deal with, if not bulimia.... assholes) asked him pointblank, "So, did it taste as good coming up as it did going down?" one night at dinner. They knew; they just never said anything till then.
