Example: Last month we needed an occupant for our commercial space (were artists we dont profit off it) We found one and they were in another country. They paid us immediately through paypal. Am I willing to cough up say 12 bucks, for a service that makes real money fly through space into my account. Yes.. Yes I am.
@610Dean: It's absolutely fair -- and you absolutely miss the point. The entire thesis of the launch of Google Checkout was that Google could use revenues from advertising to subsidize its entry into the payments business. In other words, charge prices that were more than fair to customers, and less than fair to the competition. That particular jig is up.
