yes, let's trash youth from tyrannical countries, on account of their not being fashion forward enough, when protesting sham elections and standing up for their rights. very classy.

@Rosewater: Yeah, we could make shitty generalizations about bloggers and their overall androgynous, boring style, their weak spindly arms, their proclivities for shrimping their girlfriends, so much so that said girlfriends are often heard to mutter in drunken moments, "I wish he paid that much attention to my vagina with his damn tongue!" But we don't.

Hm, a bit uncharitable perhaps. I was thinking lately of how good it might be for Americans to see how Westernized they are, never mind all the hair gel and irregular tight jeans. I suspect a lot of people in the US might be surprised they're not riding camels in the desert or burning the US flag daily or ullulating. But probably the same people I wish could see what's going on can't be bothered to look up from their troughs, or switch channels from whatever crap they're watching.

@persimmon: It's the stupid "MySpace" peace sign and it needs to be abolished. I know it's considered vulgar in some countries but in the U.S. it's just douchey.

@The Sneak: 101 Dalmatians is a lot. But I digress. On its face I think 1,000 respondents is about the same size sample lots of US polls use. Pollsters say they have a margin of error of 3.1 percentage points, also pretty good.

That intermediate shade between Ahmadinejad and Mousavi looks suspiciously like feces.
