    Between High Frequency Trading sucking out billions from the equity markets before everyone else (with no corresponding value-add) and hedge funds reliant on schemes like this, it'll be a looong time before the markets are seen as safe for 98% of investors.

    This guy may well be a creep, however most likely he did not say, "hey please get these photos developed and then look through every single one."

    I fail to see how his offense was 'actionable' and how she suffer damages to the tune of $2.5m.

    Also, it's incredibly rude to turn down a threesome with the boss and his wife...

    Also, if this guy's fund has shrunk to just $200 million, shouldn't he be changing the name of his fund from "Titan" to "Average Partners" or "It's Very Cold In Here Capital" or maybe just "The Six-Inches-on-a-Good-Day Fund"?

    You know, the same thing is happening to my neighbor. Except I accidentally took the photos through her window at night from a nearby tree where I was trying to photograph nocturnal squirrels. And so I took the photo CD down to Kinko's to make 8x10 vinyl posters with grommets, and low and behold I found that my nature photography had been ruined with heaving, pendulous breasts. And I felt harrassed. So I'm suing her to the tune of $2.5mm. In consideration, I'll take down the vinyl posters from the BQE overpass.
